Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

We are a requirement to purge old AP data from oracle ebs R12 as a part of retention policy.

Are there any oracle program or api to purge below data from oracle EBS R12.1.3?

Supplier
AP Invoices
Payments

Also, is there any program that we can mask the old AP data?
