Visual COBOL Eclipse on Winows Debugging setup for PeopleSoft

Any documentation on debugging COBOL programs in VC like animation on Net Express?

OAM just mentions that it's supported but I can't find anything on setting up VC projects with ANSI source code that needs to be converted to unicode for any changes.

Is it as convoluted as I imagine with using the IDE to debug, make changes to the unicode versions until it's fixed and then merging those changes back to the ANSI code?

MicroFocus videos are very simple demonstrations.

The PeopleSoft FAQ and most of the documentation is geared towards just the build (compile) of source code.
