upgrade tools release from 9.2.x.x to 9.2.5.6_ E1 Local database is not getting removed

Hi,

Any idea, I could upgrade successfully the Deployment Server Tools release from 9.2.x.x to 9.2.5.6, but the OEE E1 Local database is not getting removed still showing, I restarted the machine as again try but it is not getting remove. even i tried with DS tools release 9.2.5.3

Appreciate you can share any KM document related to this issue or steps what needs to be taken care.

Sys info

OEE- 19c

Oracle Database Client 19C

WebLogic 12c (12.2.1.4.0) and SMC 9.2.5.6

MS SQL database 2019.
