How to manage OOP redhat linux upgrade from 7 to 8 with oracle RAC and standalone databases 19c

We are in the process of upgrading our underlying linux servers from RHEL 7 to RHEL 8 with oracle databases running on it. The upgrades will be out of place i.e., through creation of parallel servers with RHEL 8. We have below categories of oracle databases running on them. Please provide us different approach which we can follow:


1- RAC databases - both ASM and NAS filesystem as storage

2- Standalone databases

3- Oracle restarts
