How to cancel Credit & Debit Memo's in Bulk

Hi All,

We have requirement to cancel more than 20k invoices ( Debit Memo & Credit Memo) to be cancelled during cutover activities . Currently we are using Oracle SOAP Service to cancel invoices but SOAP Service is taking more time ( 1 hour for 1000 invoices ) . Please suggest if there is any better way to cancel Credit Memo's & Debit Memo's in bulk in faster way.
