Switchover cacaded standby to primary

in High Availability Data Guard, Sharding and Global Data Services (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered

Hello,

I have data guard between three sites:

1- Main site (3 nodes rac)

2-HA site (single instance)

3- DR site (2 nodes RAC)


HA site is a physical standby database from main site and sends redo logs to DR site (cascaded standby)


i need to test the configuration by switching the DR site to primary and the main site to standby and i need test scenarios and how to achieve this.

Grid version is 11.2.0.4 on all sites

RDBMS version is 11.2.0.4 on all sites.
