One Inventory Org for EAM ,Depot Repair and WIP

Team,

In EBS R12.2 we have a requirement to configure both EAM and Depot Repair in same Inventory org. We also have Discrete manufaturing in same Org. Please advise if there are challenges in this set up. Any information would be helpful Thanks.
