Making Agency Location Code filed Reuqired

Hi,

There is a field called Agency Location Code (Full path -Supplier Banking Details>create/update bank account> scroll down to Show Bank Account Details and expand this region>Agency Location Code field). I am trying to make it required. Is there a way how to make it required?
