PO approval process

Hi Team,

We are on JDEWS 7.3 cum 10 version. Is there any set up where automatic approval PO process can be implemented? Also, am facing one issue where one approved the order but originator did some changes and it again went for approval which should not be. Now user is seeing that order is pending for his approval but system is not allowing to approve as getting error as approval rejection not allowed. Also, when i checked from my side i am also not able to see that order is pending with him but not sure how that user is seeing
