Is there a patch for changing Turkey to Türkiye on EBS 12.1?

Turkey has recently changed its country name to Türkiye. It has been updated on the official ISO 3166-1 list. Is there a patch for updating this in the seeded fnd_territories and hz_geographies tables on Oracle EBS 12.1?
