Fixed asset Insurance form - Insurance Company

We need to enter a policy, and the insurance company LOV is empty. As it is said in the window help, The list of values will only display suppliers that have been set up in Oracle Payables with a supplier type of Insurance Company.

We don´t know exactly where this setup should be done.
