Query regarding 64Bit BSFN ESU installation

Hi,

I am installing the fresh installation JDE 9.2 and Tools release upgrade 64bit, my query is i have to first upgrade the tools until 9.2.5.x_32bit and apply all the ESU's until does not upgrade tools release 64bit.

So here when i am applying 64bit BSFN ESU, spec merge report is showing as below so my worries whether this correct one and getting done properly or i need to run the first migrate exe and then i should install the 64bit BSFN ESU. please confirm.
