Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When trying to add a dependent to a health plan in Non-flex Program enrollment

at that time we are getting this error when we click on any buttons like 'Action Items","Designee"

we are on Oracle applications R 12.1.3
