P6 EPPM 18.8.20 How do you change the database server?

We are consolidating some of our lower environment databases. I need to find instructions on what I need to do to change the database server name?

For P6 Professional, I believe I will change it on the Database Configuration set up before you login to the thick client.

What about the web application? where do I go to change it?

Or the Web Services?

Is there a file or something I can update?
