Manage Intercompany Org Data Access for Users - How to give all access - Oracle Cloud

In our organization, we dont have any need to specifically restrict data access to specific intercompany organizations, as any user with access to create intercompany transactions, should have access to ALL intercompany organizations. We are a company that operates world wide and often have additions and removals of legal entitys (and intercompany organzations) and many users that have access to intercompany organzations.

It is difficult to maintain all the users data access whenever a new intercompany organization is added, to have to update via spread all users every single time this happens. This seems like a poor design to not have an option to allow all access to all intercompany orgs. I would think there is an option to select for this.
