OEM 13.2 agent unable to discover targets

Hi Experts,


I have successfully installed OEM 13.2 agent on Linux host, but agent is not able to upload or discover targets on the host. Can someone help me with this ?

Below is the message i get in console:

Target data is currently being uploaded to the repository. The target will be accessible once this process is complete.
