Question regarding SAR 31159386 and adding value to UDC 06/SC

My client is in the process of taking an ESU for Wage Attachments and there is this SAR in the ESU - 31159386 for this functionality: California Garnishment Is Not Calculating Base On Either 25% Disposable Earnings Or 50% of Minimum Wages (Doc ID 2644842.1)

In the document there is this language - step three add minimum wage amount to UDC 06/SC. Where does this amount get added? In the special handling code? Because description 2 is already used to identify the FIPS code. Is this the correct UDC table?

Can you provide more guidance on how this is updated?
