How to identify on which leases Schedules and Items program has failed in EBS property Manager

We currently use Oracle EBS property manager 12.2.10. We have several times the Schedules and Items program apparently has not run correctly for a lease. This results in an incorrect billing schedule and customer does not receive correct invoice. Now we find this when user is creating a modification to the lease. System shows error:

'Schedules and Items program failed for this lease, please reprocess and complete the Schedules and Items process before updating lease'

There is no error in the concurrent processes, so not sure what is causing this. To avoid incorrect invoicing, is there a way to check pro-actively which leases have this issue? Some sort of list so we can re-run Schedules and Items process before user finds the error?
