Is there a change in actualize_all in AD.C.Delta.13 ?

Started patching cycle to run first actualize_all after applying AD.C.Delta.13

prepare ran successfully but phase=actualize_all ran successfully in in only 90 minutes, compared to 6+ hours for previous runs.

There are 9 editions in the database.

In $ADOP_LOG_HOME there is only generated a very thin adop.log without actualize_all dir/log structure (there was actualize_all dir created before AD.C.delta13) .

How can I verify if actualize_all ran successfully and editions will actually be be cleared after running the remaining phases:

cutover

cleanup cleanup_mode=full
