Can R37900 COA print cross branches and trace the lower level's test result?

We have two major types of BPs, one Manufacture branch(MFG) and another is distribution center(WHS). the most of sales orders are placed in WHS branch and WOs are produced in MFG branch, and the test results are entered on subassembly items and they are filled and packed in cans and boxes as finished goods. then the finished goods are transferred from MFG to WHS.

We need to print COA on the sales orders in WHS and get the test results from the corresponding MFG's sub-items level.
