Unable to View Third Party rolled up checks

Oracle Payroll version 12.2.10. After running Third Party Check Writer (XML) for rolled up third party payments, I am unable to view the checks through the Output file. I am able to view checks if the Rollup parameter value is No, but unable to view them if the Rollup parameter value is Yes. Is this expected functionality?
