Upgrade Oracle 10 to Oracle 19c changes in (PRO*C/C++)

When upgrading the database from Oracle 10 to Oracle 19c, we need to know what changes we should apply to our databases.

PRO*C/C++ programs, so that we do not get any errors when compiling or at the time of execution.

Searching the net we have not found anything about it, that is why we turn to you, to check if you have any document that speaks about the changes that we would have to make in our PRO*C/C++ programs.
