Customer Engagement V16 The TIER movement transaction does not convert loyalty points into reward ?
When the transaction is created of higher value, the Change Level and Award doesn't apply at once instead of meeting their threshold values.
RED Level: 0.00 - 10,000 in Qualifying Spending
On achieving 10K loyalty points we are getting desired 150 Award.
We have put up a movement to the next level, which is SILVER, after 10K.
SILVER Level: $10,000 to $50,000 in qualifying expenditures
On achieving 10K loyalty points (SILVER) we are getting desired 200 Award.
The TIER movement transaction, however, does not change rewards points into loyalty points. A second transaction with a minimum value of 1QAR must be created once the movement has been successfully completed in order to authorize the reward.
