Oracle Binary Cloning on Windows OS

Hai Team,


we are moving database from one windows system to another system

Windows OS team will move the file system

can you guide me steps for Cloning oracle binaries

In unix we use clone.pl to do cloning oracle binaries

perl clone.pl ORACLE_HOME="<target_home>" ORACLE_HOME_NAME="<unique_home_name>"

On windows do we have any way to clone binaries and database
