Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Base 19c Oracle install will not install on SUSE 15.3 Enterprise

Trying to do a new Oracle 19c install on SUSE 15.3 enterprise (x64) and the installer fails.

I'm using install zip, LINUX.X64_193000_db_home.zip.

How do I patch the install files so I can have a successful Oracle 19c install? Everything I read about is patching an existing installation.
