Smart (automatic) way to find out which SOA composite applications are actively used

Hi!

We have hundreds of SOA composite applications deployed in several environments. Is there a smart way to repeatedly get a full list if the latest instance that was created for each composite?

We DO NOT want to use Enterprise Manager. What we are looking for is a way of scripting this so we can do daily analysis of the data.
