Alternatives to copy P6 PRoduction DB to DEV environment DB

Hi,

I would like to know what are the best ways/different alternatives to copy P6 production DB to DEV environment DB

a. P6 version : 16

b. Oracle version: 12.1.x

c. DB size : 170 to 200 GB

Also, post copy to DEV what are the configurations to be done on DEV environment in terms of P6 administrator (configuring new setup) and other things. Also, what things will not be copied to DEV environment (if you can highlight, that will be great)

IF anyone can provide or guide best method that will be great assistance


Note: I am currently aware of export/import utility, DBsetup.bat utility
