Peoplesoft TL_TR_STATUS row missing in T&L

Hello All,

Our customer is using Peoplesoft 9.2 with image#30.

We recently noticed that some employees are missing the TL_TR_STATUS row in Peoplesoft T&L module. Is there any reason why some employees are missing rows?

Please advise.
