Repeat Field for X amount of rows

I am trying to create a template that holds various information like item number, along with other details regarding the item. Along with that information is also the vendor for the specific items. What I am trying to do is have a table that contains all these fields, including the vendor. However, I would like the vendor within the same table and the other data, and simply to repeat for as many items are in that section.

For the sake of example, the included image holds placeholder data to simplify.

This is how I would like the table to look. It has the same name for each row that pertains to that specific vendor. All details from column Item to column Detail 5 fill in correctly. The only field that does not is Vendor.
