Shift premiums not calculating for retro pay

Has anyone had experience with shift diff on retro pay? There was a bug reported back in 2021 # 32809969 but there was no solution and closed as 'no defect'.

Retro pay rule (P186701), If the timecard history has shift pay based on % it does not pull in or calculate new timecards for the difference.
