How do I remove RU-08 Agent 13.5 patch?

Our environment EM 13.5, RU-08, Linux.

We have patched a large number of our EM 13.5 agents with the recent RU-08 patch and now we are seeing some issues with our database targets.

How can I back off this patch to see if that is the cause of our issue?

Can I just back off the DB plug-in patch or do I need to remove all of the the components of the system patch?

We patched using PatchPlans but it looks like PatchPlans no longer have the option to roll back a patch. Not good.
