Single Sign On - Cookie based Authentication

Team,

we are using cookie based authentication, where we have placed few java servlets, csp and html login pages in side the apache tomcat folder. Its a cookie based authentication and it will route siebel url. Now cookie based authentication is getting sunset in our environment, so planned to change the java WAR. So here i have few questions.

  1. After changing the jawa war, do we need to place in any of sieble installation folder.
  2. Another one, is it related to Siebel change or completly part of java side.
