Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

Hello Community,

We have a test and production environment with at least 4 Oracle 12c R2 Enterprise Edition databases (4 databases on Test environment and 4 databases on Production environment). They each have their own Oracle Enterprise Manager. I am wondering whether it is possible to consolidate the TEST or PROD databases into one instance of Oracle Enterprise Manager to allow managing these databases more effectively?
