Oracle SmartView - Excel Crashes

Hello - We are experiencing unexpected crashes in Excel. (Excel just exits). Microsoft has analyzed some crash logs and DMP files and it looks like the issue is tied to Oracle Smart View for Office. We run version 21.200 of that.

Is there an updated version of Smart View or fix that may be available for this issue? It looks like legacy versions of Smart View have had similar issues.
