Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is best to migrate 11.2.0.1 database to 19C

Please let me know best way of migration

1) Export and import from source(11.2.0.1 in windows machine) to destination(19C aws rds platform).

2) Upgrade 11.2.0.1 to 19c then migrate data to aws rds platform.

3) Any other method .
