Fluid Open Enrollment Set-Up

We have recently deployed fluid life events and starting on configuring our test system for open enrollment.

I am looking for feedback of anyone who has used fluid open enrollment. When you configured the system, did you use the "Mark Complete" button. Do you find that people will use it to mark their steps complete? We have have used this button for Onboarding and have found that people don't use it on a step.

Any advice for fluid open enrollment set-up is appreciated.
