Flat File Encoding Used by UBES for IBMi Servers

On E920, 9.2.6.3 tools release, OS/400 V7R4, there are some UBEs that create output text file with "garbage" characters. These UBEs require a flat file encoding entry in Flat File Encoding Configuration application (P93081) in order for the output text file to be created correctly. Some need UTF-8 encoding to work and some need IBM-37 encoding to work. This new document explains what determines the encoding needed. Doc ID 2882537.1. https://bit.ly/3dm2o3r
