What releases of Oracle Management Agent 12c are compatible with Cloud Control (OMS) 13c Release 8?

I know that Oracle Management Agent 12c Release 3 (12.1.0.3.0) was compatible with Cloud Control 13c Release 3. But with Cloud control 13c Release 8 do I have to upgrade the OMA on each targeted host?
