More than 35gb of daily archivelog generated when force logging is enabled

We configured our EBS 12.2.10/19c Production environment on physical standby database by following Doc ID 2617787.1 which instructs to enable force logging at the database level.

Due to that, more than 35gb of daily archivelog are generated between 22:00 and 23:30 and we think these archivelogs are generated by the scheduled programs GATHER_STATS_PROG, AUTO_SPACE_ADVISOR_PROG and AUTO_SQL_TUNING_PROG.

Please advise if it's possible to enable the force logging on the EBS tablespace level (e.g APPS_TS_TX_DATA, APPS_TS_TX_IDX...) instead of the database level.
