Sql to find the Product Family members associated to a Product family?

I need to find the product family associated to its members. I know there is a product_family_item_id on the mil_system_items_b, but how do I link that back to the actual product family to get the name of the family it belongs to?


I haven't ever worked with Product Families, and I need to develop a sql to link the item to the family.
