Siebel File system movement from Windows to RHEL

Hi All

we are using siebel IP19.x version on windows, we are planning to migrate from windows to RHEL8 and upgrading our siebel from 19.x to 22/x.

our current file system is on CIFS (windows base), we would like to move all files from windows to RHEL(NAS mount) FS. what is best way to move our file system from windows to RHEL? There are over 100mil files exist on current FS.

Did anyone do similar with latest siebel IP versions? Please share your thoughts on this.
