Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need to increase the max number of sessions in Oracle 21c in the Oracle Cloud.

should I change the CDB first? and then increase the parameters for the two PDB's we have;
