Greetings,

We download Oracle 19C WINDOWS.X64_193000_db_home and installed successfully as standalone server, we need to install upgrade patch manually server is not connected to Internet. I would like to update all the security patch, would some one advice me what updates do i need to download and install to keep the update after the installation of 19C.
