OEL8 - NFS issues

Hey there,

we have 3 virtual machines (OEL 8) that access an NFS Share (v4) via autofs and doing a lot of IO (EDI-Messages).

After some time, the response time is getting really high(slow) inside the EDI-Software. Before the new (and supposedly better) NAS, we had an NFS-shared ZFS filesystem from a solaris cluster. With this we never had any issues.

Mountoptions and client-wise everything stayed the same.

The weird thing is that with our analytics we can't find anything suspicious. nfsiostat seems normal, NAS workload seems normal, yet if we restart the linux node everything is fine again. An restart of the autofs service alone doesn't help.
