Where to locate initial product installation files

Please excuse the very basic nature of this question, I am not an Oracle SME but trying to facilitate an internal activity.

We need to internally prove we can rebuild an existing operational Oracle database server to the respective business team, therefore I need to know where to get the fundamental product installation kit/packages for: -

Oracle Enterprise Edition 12.1.0.2 which is also running the ASM option. I fully recognise this legacy version is now in sustaining support rather than Extended Support - we still have a CSI covering Extended Support so I am optimistic that we can still retrieve the necessary files.
