Records processed in ASO dataload overwrite

I am doing some testing on changing a dataload process and using a sql load rule (from Oracle database source) and using overwrite option. In SQL tool the data returns within six seconds and returns 13,584 rows of data. The Essbase database has 11 dimensions.


The data loaded successfully but took six minutes, 40 seconds to complete. The job details says Records Processed 3379368. I'm confused what this number represents given I'm only loading 13,584 rows of data. How can I speed this up? FYI - Total input cells in the database per statistics is 3,792,492.
