How to setup Oracle OLAP Catalog in 19c

I have created a new 19c database, when I select from dba_registry I do not see the OLAP components listed. If I query v$option, I do see OLAP listed and the value is TRUE. Do I need to do anything further for OLAP to work in this new database ? I would have expected to see the component listed in dba_registry.
