Can you set POVs to a Default selection in PBCS reporting?

I know each individual user can have their own personal user preferences that can default these dimensions to what they set, but I am looking to have theses POV default to a certain selection for each individual report. Even if a user changes the selection, the next time they open the report it will default back to what I have chosen. Is that possible?
