Bulk Create PO's with a new Business Unit

We are currently in PeopleSoft 9.2 Image #41. We are trying to separate our Construction PO's from other general PO's by creating a new PO Business unit for the Construction PO's. Our current plan is to close the existing construction PO's and use the remaining PO balance to create new PO's with the new Business unit. Is there a easy way to accomplish this rather than manually keying in the new PO's. Please help.
