SFPBCALC Tuition Calc Error

I created a new equation engine to calculate a term fee differently than before- I just changed how this one fee calculated. I tested on one test environment, everything worked great, and I went on to test in one more test environment, but with the new pum 25 update. It did not work, and the whole tuition calculation seemed to wipe all charges except course fees. I had my DBA recompile the SFPBCALC Cobol for the tuition calc to see if it would help, it did not. Later, the one test environment the calculation WAS working on was refreshed with
